The room & bath areas were clean. If you make and over 14 the toilet leave very much to be desired. The seat is only 18 inches off the floor, if that high. I is of the old 2 full gallons, or more, to flush design. Therefore it is very uncomfortable to sit on it while your man parts are soaking in waste water. I would suggest any male over 15 requests a room with handicap accessibility! Also the table top bed side electrical outlet should be replaced as the electrical contact are extremely loose, worn out!!!

-Facilities were beautiful, staff very accommodating. -Breakfast was very good. -Dinner was very good also, price was reasonable considering the deluxe nature of the hotel. -The parking garage linked to the hotel through an enclosed climate controlled bridge across the street at the 2nd floor.

Location was perfect for the events being held at the Grand Wayne convention center. I loved that we could walk from the parking garage to the hotel, and then the convention center without going outside. Also, Starbucks right on site.

Reception staff. Specially Brianna was extremely helpful. My first room was noisy due to large Airconditioning unit outside. Moved twice and she was great to deal with extremely nice and helpful.

Proximity to Embassy Theatre is amazing. Waitress was very friendly and competent. Beds are comfortable. Room was very clean.
